PEMODELAN PERLUASAN DESAIN PIT 1 BANKO BARAT KE ARAH UTARA MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE MINESCAPE 4.118 SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF PENCAPAIAN PRODUKSI DI AREA SUMP PIT 1 BANKO BARAT DI PT SATRIA BAHANA SARANA, TANJUNG ENIM, PROPINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

PT Satria Bahana Sarana is one of the mining companies engaged in contractors in PT Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk. PT Satria Bahana Sarana at this time should have done production in Pit 1 sector of east sector but because of still existence of sump then mining process can not be implemented and planned to diverted kea rah north. Making pit design for 4 months along with sump drying in east sector.

The pit design is based on the production target of the equipment allocated for the east pit of 2 fleet PC 2000 with an overburden production target of 2,577,330 bcm and 3 fleet PC 400 with a coal production target of 1,380,713 tons. The design parameters of pit 1 to the north include a bench bench of 9 m, a bench width of 20 m, a single slope of 45º, a maximum road grade of 8º, a 30 m overburden haul road and a 20m coal haul road. Based on the pit design that has been made with overburden volume of 2,705,305 bcm and coal volume of 1,625,366 ton is able to meet production target of tool for 4 months.
